The planetary nebula NGC 7662 in Andromeda, known as the Blue Snowball, is very small in angular size - about 0.5 arc minutes across. However, at magnitude 8.8 its small size makes it have quite high surface brightness. It was imaged here using the LX200R 14" telescope with the Starlight Xpress SXV H16 CCD camera. Exposures were 2 minutes for the Luminance and 1 minute each for the R, G and B. [Jefferis]
